Signing in and two-step verification

Sign in to the admin with your email address and password. You can add two-step verification for extra security.

Two-step verification

Turn it on under Profile → Security. You can choose either:

• Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy). You enter the 6-digit code it shows. You can also allow an email code as a fallback.
• Email code: a 6-digit code we email you, which is valid for 10 minutes.

When you set it up, you're given backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe: each one works once if you lose access to your app or email.

When you sign in, you can tick Trust this device so you aren't asked for a code on that device for 7, 14 or 30 days.

Two-step verification belongs to your account, so once it's on it applies to every Mobiddiction product you use.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in while you use the admin. If you haven't used it for about a week, or after 30 days at most, you'll be asked to sign in again.

Too many wrong passwords

After 5 wrong passwords in a row, your account is locked for 30 minutes. The lock applies on every product. To unlock it straight away, reset your password.

Password expiry

Passwords expire every 90 days. When yours has expired, sign-in will ask you to reset it.

Opening an invitation

If you already use that product, sign in first, then open the invitation link from the email again.
