Creating your admin account

PatientVR, Mapiddiction and Mobiddiction each have an admin site where you can create your own account:

• Mobiddiction: app.mobiddiction.com

SharkSmart and FishSmart are different. They're invitation-only, so you can't sign up for them yourself; see One account across Mobiddiction products.

Creating the account

1. On the sign-in page, choose to create an account and enter your email address.
2. Fill in your first and last name, your phone number (optional), and a password.
3. Mobiddiction may also ask for an access code. Your Mobiddiction contact can give you one.
4. We email you a verification link. Open it within 24 hours. You can't sign in until your email address is verified. If the link has expired, sign in and follow the prompt to send a new one.

If you already have an account on one of the other products, the form will say so after you enter your email. You then connect your existing account instead of creating a new one.

Password rules

Passwords must be at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.

Joining your organisation's workspace

Your work happens in a workspace. Some products create a starter workspace when you sign up. To work in your organisation's workspace, ask one of its admins to invite you; the invitation arrives by email.
