One account across Mobiddiction products

One email address and password can sign you in to PatientVR, Mapiddiction and Mobiddiction. You don't need a separate account or a separate password for each.

Connect each product once

Your account only works on a product after you've connected it. If you try to sign in to a product you haven't connected yet, you'll see "Invalid email or password", even though your password is correct.

To connect a product:

1. Go to that product's admin site and choose to create an account.
2. Enter the email address you already use.
3. The form will say it found your existing account. Choose Connect & Access Product.
4. Sign in with your existing password.

If someone has invited you to a workspace on that product, accepting the invitation connects it too.

What's shared and what isn't

• Shared across every product: your password, your two-step verification, and account lockouts. If you change your password on one product, it changes everywhere.
• Separate for each product: your workspaces and your signed-in sessions. Signing in to one product doesn't sign you in to another.

SharkSmart and FishSmart

SharkSmart and FishSmart are run for the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), part of the NSW Government. They're invitation-only and are separate from the products above, so you can't sign up or connect them yourself. If you need access, ask your DPIRD contact to invite you.
