Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on the admin sign-in page and enter your email address.
- We email you a reset link, which is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, request another.
- Your new password needs at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
- You can't reuse your current password or any of your last 5.
For security, the page always says a link has been sent, whether or not the address has an account. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and that you used the address you sign in with.
Resetting your password also unlocks your account if it was locked after too many wrong attempts. Your new password works on every Mobiddiction product you use.
Changing your password while signed in
Go to Profile → Security, enter your current password, then choose a new one.
