Deleting your admin account

You can delete your PatientVR, Mapiddiction or Mobiddiction admin account yourself. The SharkSmart and FishSmart admin sites have the same page.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to the admin site and open your Profile.
2. Choose the Privacy tab, then Delete My Account, then Yes, Delete My Account.
3. Optionally tell us why you're leaving, tick the box to confirm you understand, and choose Delete My Account.

You're signed out everywhere straight away. The account is deleted after 30 days.

One account signs you in to every product you've connected, so deleting it removes your access to all of them. See One account across Mobiddiction products.

Changing your mind

You can't sign in while a deletion is pending. To cancel within the 30 days, raise a ticket from the email address on the account and we'll restore it.

If you own a workspace

Raise a ticket before you delete your account, so we can hand the workspace to someone else in your organisation first.

What we delete

• Your profile, sign-in details and sessions.
• Your membership of every workspace.
• Any PatientVR headsets paired to you.

What we keep

• Usage statistics, with the link to you removed.
• Security and audit records of actions taken with your account, for up to 3 years.
• Billing records, for as long as the law requires.
