Getting a copy of your data

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time. It's free.

Admin accounts

For PatientVR, Mapiddiction, Mobiddiction, and the SharkSmart and FishSmart admin sites:

1. Sign in and open your Profile.
2. Choose the Privacy tab, then Download My Data.

You get a file of your profile, account settings, consents, workspace memberships, signed-in sessions and any paired PatientVR headsets.

FishSmart NSW app

Raise a ticket from the email address on your FishSmart account, titled Copy of my FishSmart data. We confirm by email, then send your profile details and catch records within 30 days. See Deleting your FishSmart NSW account or data.

SharkSmart app

SharkSmart has no accounts, so nothing it stores is tied to your name or email address. See SharkSmart: what the app stores and how to remove it.

Anything else

Raise a ticket and tell us which product and email address it's about.
