Raising a support ticket

Last updated 6 Oct 2026

Raise a ticket from Raise a ticket. You do not need an account, and it takes a couple of minutes.

What to fill in

  • Your email address: we reply here, and you need it to look the ticket up later.
  • Your name: optional, but it helps us address you properly.
  • What is it about: pick the product the problem is in. If you are not sure, choose Not sure and we will route it.
  • What is the problem: a short title, such as "Map markers not showing on the public site".
  • What happened: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. When it started, and whether it affects everyone or only some people, helps us most.
  • How urgent is it: Low, Medium or High. The form shows how quickly we aim to respond to each. See Support hours, priorities and response times.

After you send it

You will see a ticket reference. Keep it: together with your email address it is all you need to track the ticket.

Screenshots and files

The form cannot take attachments yet. If a screenshot or a file would help, put a link to it in What happened, or say so and we will ask for it when we reply.

If something is down

Check Service status first. If we already know about it, the incident is listed there with updates.

Did this not answer it?

Raise a ticket and we will pick it up. Mentioning that you read this article helps.
