Note: Only the Project Owner can update the project plan.
To update your project plan in Mobiconnect, follow the below steps.
Step 1: Login into Mobiconnect with your Owner credential and select your project.
Step 2: Click on the User profile icon and click on the settings icon.
Step 3: Navigate to the Billing section and click on the Manage Plan button.
step 4: Select the project for which you want to change the plan and click on the Update plan button.
Step 5: Select your plan from the available plans and click on the continue button.
Step 6: Select the quantity according to your requirement and click on the Confirm button.
Note: When you click on the confirm button then your plan will be updated and once your plan is updated then you can update/change the quantity.
