To enable Two-factor authentication for your Mobiconnect account, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login into Mobiconnect with a valid Admin/Owner credential.
Step 2: From the Header click on the "Settings" icon and select "My Account".
Step 3: Enable two factor authentication by clicking on the 2fa toggle button.
Step 4: When you click on the 2fa toggle button, the SMS and Email checkbox will appear.
Note: If you check the email checkbox then you will receive a verification code in your registered email and if you check SMS checkbox then you will receive a verification code in your registered mobile number.
Note : If 2fa is enabled, you will ask for a verification code while Sin.
Note: If you update your mobile number, then you will ask for verification code which you receive in your updated mobile number and your phone number will be only updated if number is verified.
Your number will only be updated when you have verified your number with the correct one-time password.
