These are some simple steps that can help you to manage your incidents in Mobiconnect. 

Step 1: Visit the Mobiconnect URL. 

Step 2: Click on "My Incidents" to view your incidents.

Note: All the incidents created by you will be visible in "My Incidents".

When you change the status of incident to "Closed" or "Resolved" then that incident will be moved to the Complete section.
