To share a document folder with a registered user follow the below steps:
Step 1:
Visit the Company Docs URL. https://www.mobiconnect.net/company-docs
Step 2:
Click on the "Share" icon.
Step 3:
After clicking on the share icon window pops up appears which allows you to select project "Users" and "permissions".
Step 4: Public Share
You ca share the folder to user outside of Mobiconnect system by generating public share link. Anybody with this link can access the contents of this folder.
Step 5:
Click on the "Save" button.
Note: If you enable "Email Notification" then that assigned user will be notified about the shared document.
Share with a date set for expiry (Optional)
You can also optionally set a date of the folder to expire. After this date, the shared folder will no longer be available to your users.
