Creating and submitting a support ticket for a Mobiddiction Support team member to tend to is quick and simple:
1. Got to support.moddiction.com;
2. Select New Support Ticket;
3. In the Requester field, enter your work email address if it does not pre-fill automatically;
4. Enter the Subject of your support request i.e. Users unable to access their account;
5. Provide further detail for your support request in the Description field;
6. Attach any relevant screenshot/s;
7. Select Submit.
Your support ticket will then be received by a Mobiddiction Support member where they will prioritise your request and confirm the prioritisation level by email. Please refer to Standard Support Prioritisation for further detail.
